INCREDIBLE RUDE!! I WANTED TO MAKE A RESERVATION! THE DEAR LORD CALLED ME A FUNNY LADY AHAHAH and screaming too!! Rude!!
During our vacation in Rome, we stayed at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and stylish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although it's a bit far from the Vatican Museum, it is within walking distance of all other important attractions. There are also many high-quality restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The prices were very reasonable.
I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Rome.
Loved the stay at deseo.Very comfortable rooms ,very clean,the staff is kind very helpful or any request we had,breakfast is lovely,quiet area with lots of restaurants where the local people go and not only turisty,nice shops around ...the prices are fair and cheap comparing to places around .

Just 15' from the train and bus termini and between embassies (secure area) is this very beautiful hotel.
The rooms are renovated and very clean, as are all areas of the hotel.
But what wins you from the first moment is the kindness of the staff!
I refer both to the gentlemen at the reception, who from the first moment give you a map of Rome with all the attractions and are always willing to help, as well as to the ladies who take care of cleaning and serve breakfast.
It was our pleasure to see them, they always had a smile and a good mood.
Finally, the breakfast had specific options but covered all preferences.
The main thing for us was that everything was clean and of high quality.
If we find ourselves in the city again, it will definitely be our first and only choice!
